R.J. Parks
Director & Founder
RJ founded the FLASH program in 2010 and has been running the program ever since. RJ has coached numerous FLASH teams throughout the years and also spent time coaching at North Polk High School and Ankeny Christian Academy.

Brock has always had a passion for sports, playing basketball in the FLASH program, a 4 year varsity basketball player at Ankeny Christian. A few years ago, he started coaching in the FLASH program and has transitioned into an administrative role within the program.
